Product Policy

All Modern Willow Extensions are made with 100% Russian human hair and crafted to meet professional standards. Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.


If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@modernwillowextensions.com with photos and a description.

 

Care & Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your wefts, please follow these care recommendations:

 

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

  • Minimize heat styling and always apply a heat protectant

  • Brush extensions gently and regularly with an extension-safe brush

  • Never sleep with wet hair — braid or wrap it instead

  • Store in a clean, dry space when not in use

 

 

Sunscreen Warning

Avoid products containing avobenzone, a common sunscreen ingredient that may discolor light-toned extensions. This includes certain leave-in products or facial sunscreens that come into contact with the hair.

 

Allergy & Liability Disclaimer

Modern Willow Extensions are processed using standard industry methods and may contain agents such as silicone or other conditioning finishes. Although rare, allergic reactions are possible. We recommend a strand or patch test prior to full installation.

Modern Willow Extensions is not liable for any allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.


Professional installation is strongly recommended.
